This is me in one of my shirts on a trip last year within the US. I also love to travel.
Starting two businesses over the last two years (the clothing company and this coaching business) has been an incredible growth experience with both intense highs and crazy lows. I have learned to be scrappy, to overcome my fears and my doubts, and to side-step the resistance that comes with big change (with the help of my own coach of course). This was all an effort to align my life with my purpose and what matters most to me, and I've never felt happier professionally.
As a Solutions Engineer/Architect/Director and Product Manager (roles at Salesforce and a couple of startups), I helped retail and consumer goods organizations (like Bayer, Clorox, REI, Famous Footwear, and many others) identify marketing and CRM technology solutions that would help them increase revenue and customer lifetime value. I often straddled the lines between Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, Product Management, and Marketing.
I've interviewed individuals from over 500 businesses on the challenges they faced, the existing technology and personnel they had in place, and helped guide them to solutions that would resolve their issues.
At one startup I was awarded Employee of the Year for the various roles I played in Sales, Marketing, and Product. At Salesforce, I won a national team competition in relation to DEI strategies within my org, as well as being honored as the top Solutions Engineer in my division. And over the course of my ten years in the corporate world I increased my salary by over 400%.

Prior to NYC, I learned marketing and product management at a small business insurance technology company where I worked my way up from Marketing Assistant to VP of Marketing and Sales, all while managing multiple products for consumers and agents. At the time I didn't even know that Product Management was it's own field.
And apart from work, I also bring the following:
I'm a musician (singer-songwriter) that used to have a band and studied music in college (my primary instrument is voice but I also play the piano and guitar).
One of my passions is Broadway, and I have been writing a musical for the last 10 years. It's the gay Disney-meets-Game-of-Thrones musical, and I can't wait to share it with the world.
I've also been obsessed with personal development and growth since my dad taught me about setting goals when I was 13 and since I tried to compensate for being in the closet by making everything else in my life perfect (see next paragraph).
I am an out and proud gay man who didn't come out until my early 30s, who dealt with the struggles of growing up very religious and needing to find balance between my faith and my sexuality, figuring out how to come out in life and at work, and creating a life and career that was not defined nor limited by my sexuality.

"Working with Jon was truly transformative. In just a single session, he created such a safe and supportive environment that I felt comfortable exploring a deep-seated fear that had been paralyzing me in a crucial professional project.
"What sets Jon apart is his ability to see beneath the surface. Rather than just addressing the mental block itself, he guided me to work on a much deeper level through a powerful visualization exercise. His skillful questioning and profound listening created space for genuine breakthrough.
"The session left me with something I hadn’t felt in a long time: hope. Jon helped me discover an entirely new perspective on my situation, one that felt both authentic and empowering. His coaching approach is both gentle and penetrating, creating lasting shifts that go far beyond the immediate challenge."

"When I met Jon, I was like in the depths of despair... But right now I feel like I have my vision, I have my desire to live and do things... Our sessions also made me realize what I really want in my life and what I don't want in my life... I'm feeling healthier and I feel emotionally safer.
"Every time after our sessions, I was happy and I always regained my belief in myself... and I started feeling better again and again. There were many times I was feeling down, and after our sessions, I'm like, okay, I'm capable of everything...
"I was able to build up my portfolio because that was something I was postponing... I started getting more interviews... I got my confidence again."
